The 2015-2016 edition of the men's basketball team will include eleven returning players from the 2014-2015 season.  In 2014-2015 the Clippers finished 11-17 (8-11 in the CACC).  The 2014-2015 Clippers improved their overall win total by six games versus the previous year.

Concordia has established their brand of high-scoring basketball during Coach Sondey's tenure.  The up-tempo style has created many team and individual highlights for the men's basketball program.  Sondey guided the Clippers to their 7th best single season record in the 41-year history of the program in 2012-2013, and their first ever CACC Playoff appearance in 2011-2012.  The Clippers have had three All-CACC Team representatives during Sondey's five yars.  Two of the players received multiple nominartions.  In additiona, the program has had three All-Met award winners and has added three 1,000 point scorers to the program's record books.

Coach Sondey's primary responsibilities include overseeing all recruiting, in-game management, on-court development, academic progress, and off-season skill improvement.
